Pumpkin Carving

The pumpkin carving was so fun this year, Maile got really into it, and didn't mind the guts at all. She thought it was a challenge to try and pick out the seeds with her scoop. As you can see she was really focused.

She actually managed to clean out hers pretty well, after I had loosened all of it up. Then she could get big chunks of it out. Which she thought was pretty cool.

Then on to mine. She liked how echoy mine was, once we got it cleaned out. She said. HELLO!

Then she decided that putting the guts back into the pumpkin was much funner than taking it out :)

Then we decided to let her make it more hers by painting it. SHE LOVED this, and spent probably a good 30 min on it. She really likes to paint. My little artist.

We had a blast this year, and the pumpkins turned out fabulous.. I'll picture all of them with the Halloween post. Which is coming i swear :).
