Making Christmas!

We put our christmas tree tonight, and all our other christmas decorations. Maile was SO excited, she was giddy all afternoon waiting for Daddy to get home. We put up the tree ourselves (before Mikael got home) she helped seperate all the branches by color, and then helped pull down all the little stems on each branch. Then you could barely contain her excitement, she was running around, asking when Daddy was going to come home, and if she could get the ornaments out and put them on. When Mikael finally did get home, we made her eat dinner first, and I've never eat so much so fast in her whole life. LOL, it was so fun to watch her with everything. It was a completely different experiance than last year, and it makes me so excited about christmas day. Here are a few pictures from tonight.

Putting on an ornament, she put them all on the bottom half, we had to balance them out after she went to bed. We told her to try and put them up higher! :)

She helped put up my Christmas Story town, and she loved it, she thought they were so cute. I wonder how many times i'll have to remind her that they aren't toys. LOL

After we were all done, we found her sitting by the tree, with her baby, and touching all the ornaments so gently. It was super cute! Then she made both of us sit by her and hold hands. :)

We had a good night, it makes me so happy to my little baby girl so enthralled, and over come with joy.
